Digital and print campaign in 8 cities. Square unveiled a refreshed brand identity, tagline, and national campaign centered on one clear promise: See You in the Neighborhood. Inspired by the belief that thriving local businesses create thriving neighborhoods, the campaign highlights Square’s deep commitment to helping sellers become beloved neighborhood staples—from new ventures to iconic institutions.
When local businesses succeed, so do the communities around them – Square sellers are the catalysts for local economies. Their shops, restaurants, salons, and bars are the places where we gather, connect, and build—where culture, opportunity, and economic resilience start.

Digital and print campaign that ran for 18 months in Australia. Campaign focused on Front Counter, Dining room and Back of House solutions for our sellers. Educating on how to Square provides solutions to run your entire restaurants.

The 2023 Retail campaign, specifically targeting retailers across the US and Canada. This year’s campaign aims to build on our brand familiarity and consideration for retailers by prioritizing a more upmarket audience. Our campaign focuses on demonstrating how Square’s high-quality solutions are designed to tackle the challenges that upmarket retailers face today.


The Check Out – A retail release by Square, our first run at creating a single compelling narrative and visual identity to announce a set of 20+ audience-forward features grouped by theme and activated through owned and earned channels.
A one stop shop for all new features available to Square Sellers. I worked along side Product designers in distilling keep product features and new functionality into abstracted UI short animations. This was solely a project for the Retail team, then become a companywide initiative.
This is important because Sellers are busy running their businesses and can’t keep up with the frequency of our updates causing them to miss useful features entirely or not comprehend the true value of our offering. Additionally, Releases builds brand equity with existing + prospective sellers, and the industry at large, garnering a prime opportunity to position ourselves as industry leaders. In an audience-centric Square, this GTM style captures features being shipped across horizontal + vertical teams and brings together a cohesive story for how we’re delivering for a specific audience
Onboarding Emails
12 personalized emails and 5 in-app messages. Sellers received a custom series of messages depending on their profile and behavioral data, as well as celebratory messaging when a Seller accepts their first payment. This project was broken into three phases: audit, recommendation, and execution.

Built and maintained Square for Retail page for US, Canada, Spain, France, Ireland, and Japan. Used Contentful and created and localized all image assets required.
Created One Pagers for each merchant category code Square – digital and print for Sales and Marketing teams.
Assisted on set for Epicurean Trader Case study. Supported Art directors by coordinating visual direction, asset needs, and preparing production-ready files. This shoot showcased Scale compatibility, label printing and age restricted item sales.
